In NFBL its nessesary to host servers secured with DSS2 so, I try to do a short tutorial to unlag the NFBSP Client for using without big lags.

Take a look at this picture. It shows the setting page:

Mark the buttons in this way, save the configuration and enjoy nearly lagfree gameplay with the client.

Idk why they (Bullet & Tres) added an hacking tool. i prefer to switch the server flooder tool offline.

Dynamite

The Fake Server Flooder was intended to bring the fake servers down by severely lagging their host computer. It was deemed the only way to prevent dozens of fake servers from appearing making it difficult to find real servers. Since there aren't many fake servers anymore, there is no need to use it.
